More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members
Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
